Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Socialite GoldGen Internation Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its registered Members (“Member” or “Members”), and shall take effect upon registration of the Member.

By registering and participating in the Company’s Marketing Plan, the Member agrees to comply with all policies stated herein.

1. Eligibility and Legal Requirements
1.1 Legal Age Requirement

All Members must be of legal age in their country of residence to legally enter into a binding contract and conduct business activities. If under eighteen (18) years old, the individual must have parental consent and a valid bank account.

1.2 Genuine Identity Requirement

All Members must be real individuals. Dummy accounts, fictitious identities, or accounts registered under false names are strictly prohibited and shall be subject to immediate termination, without prejudice to any legal action the Company may take.

1.3 Corporate Accounts

Corporate applicants must:

  • Be legally registered entities;
  • Submit valid legal documentation;
  • Maintain a legitimate corporate bank account under the corporate name; and
  • Provide complete compliance documents as required by the Company, including but not limited to:
    • Secretary’s Certificate
    • Company Profile
    • Financial Statements

Failure to comply may result in denial, suspension, or termination of membership.

2. One Account Policy

2.1 The Company implements a One Account Policy. Each individual is allowed to maintain only one (1) active membership account.

2.2 Multiple accounts under the same person, whether directly or indirectly maintained, are strictly prohibited and shall be grounds for account suspension or termination.

3. Sponsorship and Network Integrity
3.1 Cross-Line Recruiting Prohibition

Members are strictly prohibited from recruiting, soliciting, transferring, or attempting to acquire Members from another sponsor line within the Company.

3.2 Recruitment to Competing Companies

Members shall not recruit, solicit, or encourage any Socialite Gold Generation Inc. Member to join another network marketing or competing company. Violation shall result in termination of membership.

3.3 Dormant Account Transfer Option

If a Member becomes inactive or dormant, the Company may allow the Member, upon reactivation, to:

  • Remain under the same sponsor line; or
  • Transfer to another line or network, subject to Company approval and policy guidelines.
4. Pricing and Sales Policy
4.1 Suggested Retail Price (SRP) Compliance

All Members must strictly follow the Company’s Suggested Retail Price (SRP).

4.2 Underpricing Prohibition

Selling products below the official SRP is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

5. Active and Inactive Status

5.1 A Member shall be considered Active if he/she has conducted at least one (1) purchase, sale, or official activity within a twelve (12) month period.

5.2 If no activity occurs within one (1) year, the account shall be classified as Inactive or Dormant.

5.3 Reactivation Requirements

Reactivation of membership may be granted if the Member:

  • Directly sponsors at least one (1) new Member; OR
  • Purchases a minimum of five (5) PMP (Product Matching Points).
6. Withdrawal and Payment Policy

6.1 All earnings, commissions, and bonuses shall be withdrawn only through the Member’s registered personal or corporate bank account.

6.2 The Company shall not release payments through third-party accounts.

6.3 Any attempt to deceive the Company regarding payment methods, payment issues, or financial transactions affecting the Company’s cash flow shall result in immediate termination.

7. Professional Conduct and Ethical Standards

7.1 Members must represent the Company in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner at all times.

7.2 Members Shall Not:
  • Engage in bad-mouthing, defamation, or negative public statements about the Company, its officers, products, or Members;
  • Misrepresent the Company’s marketing plan, income potential, or products;
  • Represent the Company beyond its authorized business scope;
  • Conduct or promote investments or financial schemes not officially approved under the Company’s Marketing Plan;
  • Use the Company’s name for fraudulent or scam-related activities;
  • Commit any act punishable under the Revised Penal Code or Special Laws; or
  • Perform any act analogous to the foregoing.

Violations shall be grounds for suspension or termination.

8. Non-Competition Policy

8.1 Members shall not actively promote or engage with direct competitor companies while maintaining active membership.

8.2 Participation in competing network marketing businesses that may create a conflict of interest is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property and Branding

9.1 All logos, trademarks, branding materials, marketing tools, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of the Company.

9.2 Members May Not:
  • Use the Company’s logo or branding without prior written approval;
  • Create unauthorized marketing materials; or
  • Misuse branding for personal gain or unauthorized transactions.

Violation may result in legal action and termination of membership.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

10.1 Members shall not gather, copy, reproduce, distribute, or share:

  • Company data
  • Marketing strategies
  • System access
  • Member databases
  • Financial structures

10.2 Unauthorized disclosure for personal benefit or for another company’s interest is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and possible legal action.

11. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Members shall not:

  • Deceive the Company regarding payments or transactions;
  • Provide misleading financial information;
  • Engage in scamming activities using the Company’s name; or
  • Manipulate system data or exploit system loopholes.

Such actions shall result in immediate termination without prejudice to legal remedies.

12. Disciplinary Actions

The Company reserves the right to impose the following sanctions depending on the severity of the violation of these Terms and Conditions, Company Policies, Rules and Regulations now existing or which may hereafter be implemented:

  • Written Warning
  • Temporary Suspension
  • Commission Forfeiture
  • Permanent Termination
  • Legal Action

The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

13. Member Benefits and Incentives

To encourage growth, loyalty, and professionalism, active Members in good standing are entitled to:

  • Participation in bonuses and incentive programs;
  • Eligibility for leadership ranks and recognition awards;
  • Access to official training, seminars, and development programs;
  • Priority access to new product launches and promotions;
  • Long-term income opportunities through structured team-building; and
  • Recognition events and performance-based rewards.

The Company is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, leadership development, and financial empowerment.

14. Compliance with Company Guidelines

All Members must strictly adhere to:

  • The official Marketing Plan;
  • Company policies and procedures;
  • Ethical marketing standards; and
  • Local and international laws governing direct selling.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

15. Continuity of the Business

In the event of the death of a registered Member in good standing, the business and account may be transferred to the immediate family in accordance with the Member’s last will and testament.

In the absence of a will, the account may be transferred to the immediate family, subject to Company review and approval. The Company reserves the right to evaluate and verify all transfer requests before approval.

16. Amendment of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members shall be notified of any material changes.

17. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering as a Member of Socialite GoldGen Internation Corporation, the Member acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
